  • We do not provide services for clients regarding: casinos or gambling, healthcare or hospitals, fraternal orders, personal-use/home solar, or hemp/cannabis industries. In our professional experience, the entities above are currently ineligible for most grant programs or have specialized industry programs that we do not offer services for.   • We can! We use a combination of online grant databases, government resources, and networks with foundations, private individuals, and nonprofits to identify potential grant opportunities that align with your organization’s mission and needs.

  • We typically charge either a flat fee per project or an hourly rate, depending on the scope of the work. We'll gladly provide a free detailed proposal or quote for potential projects after a scheduled appointment. We do not work on commission or for a percentage of the possible grant outcome grant, as this is against our ethical guidelines.

  • Grant approval depends on several factors, including the competitiveness of the grant and application, how well your project aligns with the funder's priorities, and the quality of the competitiveness of the application.

    We regularly work with public and private organizations, private individuals, startup businesses, and do not disclose client information unless approved by the client and made public by the client or as required by law.

    While we can’t and don’t guarantee success, we ensure the proposal is as strong as possible and follow up with the funder for insight on any non-awarded applications that we then also share with the applicant.

  • Typically, we need information about your organization’s history, mission, goals, financials, budgets, project details, and any past grants you’ve received. This helps tailor the proposal to each funder's requirements.

  • The timeline depends on the complexity of the grant and the amount of required information. For smaller grants, less than $10,000, it can take 4-5 weeks depending on registration requirements by the funder, while larger, more detailed proposals can take several weeks to complete.

  • Yes, we can assist with writing grant reports and tracking progress to ensure compliance with funder requirements. This helps maintain a positive relationship for future funding opportunities. Please be sure to mention this if you’d like it included in your project proposal.

  • A strong grant proposal clearly articulates the need for funding, presents a compelling narrative, and aligns the project goals with the funder's priorities. It should be well-organized, supported by data, and include measurable outcomes.

  • We work both remotely and in person, depending on the client's needs and location. We serve clients across multiple time zones, our most popular are:

    • Eastern Time (ET): We are available for virtual and phone meetings if you're located in the northeastern U.S.

    • Central Time (CT): We are available for virtual and occasional in-person meetings if you're located within 100 mile radius of Fairfield, Illinois, additionally we serve the Midwest and southern regions with virtual and phone meetings

    • Mountain Time (MT): For clients in this region, we provide remote services with flexible virtual and phone meeting options.

    • Pacific Time (PT): We offer virtual consultations and meetings by video or phone.
